Introduction

Welcome to the 4th Annual Las Vegas Women in Technology Awards 2017 Application.

The Annual Las Vegas Women in Technology Awards Program was launched in 2013 to provide a forum to recognize, celebrate and publicize the work of local women whose contributions to technology have significantly impacted our community.

The burden of responsibility falls on the person nominating to provide the needed information to justify the award for the nominee. The judges make their decisions based solely on the information you provide on this application. This information will be incorporated into the description given about the candidate at the awards ceremony, so we rely on you to give us accurate and extensive information. If your nominee is selected, the information you provide is also used in promotional materials. If your nominee is not selected, you are welcome to improve your application and resubmit it next year.

The nomination forms are sent to an independent panel of judges. The winners will not be notified before the awards ceremony which is set for June 2, 2017.

The submission deadline for 2017 applications is May 1, 2017. We look forward to hearing about your nominee. Thank you for your time and for providing us information for these very inspirational nominations.
